If you experience difficulty with your
HVAC system, please contact Climate Master Mechanical Contractors,
Inc. directly.
Your HVAC system has a one year parts and
labor warranty which begins on the closing date. All warranty
service is to be performed Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to
4 p.m.
Factory Extended 2nd to 5th or 2nd to 10th Year Warranty
Available
Extended 2nd to 5th or 2nd to 10th Year Warranty
(must be purchased within the 1st year or customer will
be required to pay for a factory required inspection report
{$89.00} after the 1st year). All extended warranties DO
NOT include maintenance. If a warranty call is found to
be caused by lack of maintenance (i.e. clogged filters,
etc.) the customer is responsible and will be charged a
service call.
Pricing available upon request for the Extended 2nd to 5th
or 2nd to 10th Year Warranty.
